Iconic British brand, Land Rover, dates back to the years following World War II. Maurice Wilks created the concept of vehicles for agricultural and off-road purposes with their distinct look, taking inspiration from wartime Jeeps and the use of aircraft aluminium alloy surplus left over after the war. Land Rover's first vehicle, Series 1, was introduced in 1948. It was available in various styles aimed at agricultural use but also gained notability for its off-road capabilities.

More recently, we saw the release of the 2020 Defender after the discontinuation of the original model was announced. This new and improved Defender incorporated the need for better safety on the busier roads that we now see in the 21st century as well as modern technology alongside its rugged off-road features.
