When making an important purchase, such as tyres, you want to be sure that you are making the right choice in terms of your chosen product and the ongoing support that you receive.  At Just Tyres we are passionate about tyres, customers satisfaction and safety and so have introduced a 5 year tyre warranty for every single tyre that you purchase at Just Tyres.

5 Year Tyre Warranty

Your tyres have been manufactured to the highest standards and our confidence in the product allows us to extend a 5 year warranty on your purchase.  Your tyres are warranted against manufacturing defects for 5 years from the date of purchase.  In order to validate the 5 year warranty you simply need to keep your original invoice for proof of purchase and book an appointment at your local Just Tyres Centre every six months, for the six monthly checks to be carried out, where our friendly staff will complete the details on your warranty certificate to confirm that your tyres have been checked and no issues have been identified.

It's important to ensure that these checks are carried out every 6 months as it allows us to carry out a series of visual checks to identify if your tyres have any issues that need further investigation and addressing.

We are here to help so before each of your complimentary 6 monthly checks are due; we will contact you via email to remind you to pop along to your local Just Tyres Fitting Centre.  On arrival our staff will carry out the following checks on your warranted tyres:

• Tyre Pressures
• Tread Depth
• Tyre Condition
• Wheel Balance Check
• Tyre Rotation Check

On purchase of your tyre(s) you will be issued with a warranty certificate, please keep this safe and ensure that you bring it along with you for every visit.

Please note that your tyres are warranted against manufacturing defects for 5 years from the date of purchase.  We ask customers to understand that under current tyre manufacturer's procedures, any suspected tyre fault has to be examined by the manufacturers before it can be judged as faulty.  This means that customers, as is the current practice, must pay for a new tyre first and then await the adjudication by the manufacturer.  This is normally obtained within 4-6 weeks and you will be notified of the outcome. 

It is impossible, therefore, for us to recompense tyre problems on the spot as the manufacturer will not establish the liability for replacing the tyre until this procedure has been carried out.  If a tyre is adjudged faulty by the manufacturer, an allowance for replacing an equivalent tyre is made based on:

• The amount of legal tread life remaining
• The cost of replacing an equivalent new tyre

Please keep your original invoice for proof of purchase and correctly completed warranty certificate with the six monthly checks carried out.
